What the Petition Says

It has come to my attention that over 350 homeless dogs are killed in Australian pounds every day. Factory farming dogs is feeding this slaughter

I therefore ask the Australian Parliament to make dog breeding for profit illegal and specifically outlaw puppy factories and backyard breeders.
